Hsld and UPS/IPA Talks Fail
Thank you for your reply.
I only point out that I know how it will come down if the talks "really fail". I do not believe they will fail. I believe there will be an agreement very soon.
However, if it gets to a 30 day cooling off period, UPS is ready, willing and able to accept the consequences. I know, because I have an "in" at the highest levels of management.

They were ready and willing last time, but only "able" for ten days. Let's settle and move on to more important things. The last strike didn't help Brown, and now there is a lot more competition to pick up any slack they want to leave laying around.
I've got an "in" at the lowest levels.
