Thanks for clearing that up I was not sure if I talked to a manager for real or not.

No need to get your shorts all wadded up in a knot. I never suggested you hadn't talked to a manager, only that it might or might not be news depending the frequency with which you engage in the practice or if it was your first time. :D If you make a regular practice of it then its not news. If you do so on rare occasions or this was your first time then it is news though it might not be worthy of reporting.

I should have asked your advice first!

Why? I wasn't offering any, and am not now. I was simply commenting on your "news".

The info I was told was differant than the financing first reported is that ok with you?

That too could be news, though you initially failed to report that the details provided by the manager were different from those reported in the news release or SEC filings. If the SEC filings have not been amended I would tend to doubt the manager's version.

And you are the one who decides if news is worthy of reporting?

Not at all, I was expressing my opinion of what is news worthy. Surely you know about opinions? You have a right to report what, in your opinion, you think is news worthy, I have a right to comment. :D

In my opinion your comment about the 92mil. was "old news" and not news worthy because it will be just a transfer of dept>

Fair enough. In that case I suppose both of us should not have advanced any comment to Hugh Jass's query.
