Has ABX paid the 93 mil back to DHL?
Just wondering if ABX has paid the 93 million back to DHL yet. DHL asked for it back about 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a peep about it since then. I thought the payment was due a few days ago and I figured there would have been a press release by now.
I can't seem to pin down the facts anywhere, but there are rumors of yes & no.

I doubt it. In the capitol markets presentation Hete showed the DHL note as debt. ABX has disputed a change of control occured. They might force a court battle.

Old news. Hete announced he had secured financing to pay the note off when the CHI acquisition was announced. It is also part of the SEC filing.
