Has ABX paid the 93 mil back to DHL?
 

Just wondering if ABX has paid the 93 million back to DHL yet. DHL asked for it back about 3 weeks ago and I have not heard a peep about it since then. I thought the payment was due a few days ago and I figured there would have been a press release by now.

I can't seem to pin down the facts anywhere, but there are rumors of yes & no.

I doubt it. In the capitol markets presentation Hete showed the DHL note as debt. ABX has disputed a change of control occured. They might force a court battle.

It will show up as dept. either way Abx will just finance with a differant loan. I talked to Manager last week he said we had secured the money if need be.:cool:

Old news. Hete announced he had secured financing to pay the note off when the CHI acquisition was announced. It is also part of the SEC filing.

Yes, 14 captains with 14 Fo's in training or over already.

Your talking to a manager may or may not be. Depends on how many times you've done it I guess. :D The financing is old news regardless. ;)

13 very junior captains qualified with three more in training. 14 f/o's in training with more interviews taking place. There are supposed to 5 a/c in Japan by years end.

Thanks for clearing that up I was not sure if I talked to a manager for real or not. I should have asked your advice first! The info I was told was differant than the financing first reported is that ok with you?
