You don't need to redo the ATP if you completed it. There are 2 steps: the written and flight. The flight has to be done within 24 months of the written or you start again. So you have to retake the FE written but not the ATP. Ignore the UPS bashing that goes on here. I think that when the contract is done most will consider UPS the best job among the airlines. Plus our process is quicker if you have the contacts.

As for the Brown bashing (or any other bashing for that matter) I don't put much stock in those types of things. Most folks will consider their job the best there is and others as inferior or less desirable...it's just human nature. I have nothing against UPS or any other airline for that matter. Although, I do wish UPS pilots didn't have to wear solid brown but I guess anything else wouldn't make sense now would it? That would be a sad
day when I (or any other pilot) turned down a paying flying job because of the color of the uniform.
