For example.
LAX F/O: Avg BLG 69:51. There are 50 lines with total carryover of 572+45. Not counting secondary or reserve lines. But just looking at the lines. If they accounted it into BLG that would rasie the AVg BLG to over 80, or keeping the same BLG it would force them to create 8 more lines (ie the necessity for more pilots).
I realize the necessity for carryover in international flying. However there are numeroues lines above 40 hours and three above 60 hours. That is excessive.

No you don't get it. The FAA changing federal regulations is not equivalent to Section Four of the CBA. All issues are not equal or controllable. I love the bold mental stroke of boiling all discussions down to “the bottom line”. Astounding, I stand in awe.
