I don't know how those MCDU units and aircraft logbooks don't go for a walk with off boarding crews.
Why do you let it get to this point of being owed so much??? You are now a free workforce. I wouldn't show after 1 owed pay let alone numerous.

You have to remember, there is always a "chance" you might get paid if you stay. Once you quit, it all gone.

They are given a clear advantage over the other carriers that play by the rules and pay their dues.

That place is a Venezuelan mafia, if you want to upgrade, you'd better join the club. Great place to work if you have a few felonies, failed training and got fired from previous companies.

The new hires are promised the 747 experience after your career failed, the Captains do not want to let go of that wide body left seat... This is your typical conversation at cruise... "I can't believe they're almost paying us to fly"...

Happy New Year!
The usual reason is due process, the FAA doesn't have magic ears and eyes to know everything that is going on. Every once and a while we get a report from an employee about crazy things happening at a carrier, and every once and a while, they turn out to be true, but if no one is actually bringing that to the FAA, there may not be the legal authority to just "shut them down". The FAA can't do that on a whim.

as of jan 1st 2017,all remaining pilots on centurion's side got furloughed, the owner is transferring the airplane they were flying to skylease, leaving only one non airworthy md 11 on the certificate and putting centurion on a dormant mode indefinitely ,while using centurion's permits and call sign to complete his flights using skylease, some of centurion's pilots were offered a job at skylease a non union company to fly the same aircraft and routes as new hires, the owner will keep making money while centurion pilots are on the street using skylease. the faa seems not to be able to do anything about it , and teamsters seems to be giving up on this group.......

Please ignore this ass hat. He is the same troll that shows up under different names with the same trolling crap and eventually gets banned by the mods. Sad little man.

The FAA is fully aware of their issues and flying with expired manuals, they're responsible to overview their financial ability to operate, but the GSO FSDO is looking the other way as they enjoy having a 121 Carrier, gives them job security. Any other FSDO would have already killed their money laundering scheme.

Pilots agreed to fly Peak Season and get full pay on Jan 15th... Still no honey, planes are still moving. They have no excuses anymore, they bring an unfair competition to other carriers that actually pay their bills, unlike being subsidized by the pilots. Oh well. Good luck to them.
