Default Deviation Bank Question

Did a search and couldn't find an answer.....

Can we still roll over our bank monies from one bidmonth to another for travel expenses within the first few days of the new month? Has FOX changed this or did we lose it in the new contract???

I know that it was in the contract, but now I can't find it...

Thanks in Advance.

you can still "slide" expenses forward to the next bid month or back to the previous month if they are incurred in the last 3 days or first 3 days of the bid month.

try this to make sure - create an out of pocket expense for the date in question. when you create it, and before you confirm it, if it is eligible for a slide back/forward, FOX should give you an option to select the bid period in which you want to use the expense.

even if you go all the way through to include it on one month or the other and it actually shows up on the expense report, you can always go back and delete it later - no harm no foul.

if FOX doesn't give you an option to select a bid period, then that date won't work. you should get the option if the date is within the 3 day front or back window.

i'm not sure i've ever read this 3-day slide window option in the contract anywhere - old or new. I just know it exists in FOX.

hope that helps.

Bank Money stays with the current month. Trips (expenses) can slide forward and back as long as they are with in three days of the bid period or are associated with carry over trip.

The Only One with a deviation bank...

Jesus, if you don't get the topic, it probably isn't your airline.... If World has a Deviation Bank, it might apply to you!! Funny how the Fedex Guys responded until you decided it might apply to you.

Get a Grip!!!!
