Just a heads up....
After checking out the company website with no luck, I called the Pilot Benefits Dept today to ask when I could make changes to my 2009 Flexibile Savings Account.
The rep informed me it was during the 'annual open enrollment" which is scheduled from 22 Oct - 10 Nov.
She also said the information packets were not complete yet, and wouldn't be mailed out until 20 Oct.
Given the typical variation in delivery times and the possibility you may be flying an extended trip, you may want to start reviewing your 2008 medical expenses and start estimating your 2009 expenses.
I believe this is your opportunity to make any other changes to your other FEDEX benefits ---- medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, disability, etc.

Yes, and hopefully they will be sending out a printed revision to the "Pilot's Benefit Book", that includes the actual insurance benefits we've been using for the last year.
