FedEx on DHL part II

The Commissary is the best in my opinion. Interstate is good and close enough to the AOC on Stateline. I think Corky's is hit and miss. Rendezvous
is really a cool place but the food is not consistent.
Anyhow for what it's worth the BBQ is the only reason I like going to training. Otherwise I prefer to be as far away from MEM as possible.

That's not the original location! If you go to the original, don't go at night. They have bars on the windows for a reason! They also have a presence in the Memphis passenger terminal, as does Corky's!
FWIW - prefer the vinegar based pulled pork in eastern Carolina, with cole slaw, of course!

Carolina is good, but I'm partial to St. Louis style. The last time I was in MEM was about 18 years ago. A buddy of mine there took me to Corky's. It was really good. Sounds like they've been eclipsed since then though! I'm always searching for the perfect rib.

Mod note:
If a link leads to an ad for a commercial site, it's a violation of the forum rules, and said link/thread will be removed. Thanks.
And I'm not worried about the BBQ stuff...
I'm more worried about an obscure thread with a link that causes my puter to say "don't click on that".

I agree with you about the commercial stuff, so would you please be so kind as to remove your little promotion for your jetcareers site. After all, what's fair is fair.
Thanks in advance for your help with this matter.

De727ups - I haven’t seen the link (since you removed it) however according to Deuce130: “It's an email from FedEx to customers "reminding" them of DHLs problems and encourages them to choose FDX for all their holiday shipping.”
Your explanation does make sense in a away:
“If a link leads to an ad for a commercial site, it's a violation of the forum rules, and said link/thread will be removed. Thanks.”
However, if that’s the case then why has this thread been active for several weeks now? (Post #1)

Looks to me like it's something very similar we (Big Brown) send out to DHL customers, doesn't it?

Feel free to report posts/threads that violate TOS. The mods can't catch them all.
I hardly think Jetcareers is a commercial site, as opposed to Fedex, but to each his own.
Any complaints about the TOS, or mod enforcement of TOS, can be forwarded to the admins. That would be HSLD or Freight Dog.
As a mod, any thread that causes my puter to say "don't click on that" will most likely be removed to protect the masses. Doesn't matter if it has to do with Fedex, UPS, or the price of tea in China.
Thanks for your support.
