Agreeing to a scenario where UPS operates with even fewer pilots while we already have guys furloughed is unbelievable.

Anyone who needs more time off when they already have 5 weeks vacation on top of only working 14 days a month should seriously consider retiring. Showing the company they don't need you regardless if it's paid time off is ridiculous.
