Don't read much, eh?
How about Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Franklin Raines, Jim Johnson, The Congressional Black Caucus, Acorn . . yadda . .yadda . .yadda . . "Osama Obama" (Ted Kennedy's quote) is UP to his eyeballs in the financial disaster we are about to witness.

Nice try. Blame the Congress that has been in power less than 2 years for the problems that were started under Clinton's Republican controlled Senate and expanded by Bush.

Ask him what he would do when ATC assigned him a squawk that included 3 consecutive 6s!
Or how to go illegal in the field at SAN, his home!

It's kinda' spooky that you fly airplanes yet still believe everything you read online. How much power do you really think a 1st term Senator has?

1. Chris Dodd
2. Barack Obama
3. John Kerry
Not bad for a "1st Term Senator".

He simply suggested you do your own research. From your statements, you clearly have no idea what the problems involved with Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac are, when they started, or who is responsible for them. It is worth looking into. Spooky even, given that the folks currently in charge of the Congressional offices responsible for their oversight are the very people who forced through the regulations that brought us to where we are today. Did you know, for example, that the top three recipients of Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae campaign contributions are (in order):
1. Chris Dodd
2. Barack Obama
3. John Kerry
Not bad for a "1st Term Senator".

They include all contributions by individuals (over $250) and all PAC money up to September 2nd. Let's see. Who was it that won the democratic nomination? Barack somebody? He got $120k in individual donations from people that work for Freddie/Fannie. He got Millions in donations from all over the country, representing people from all walks of life. Maybe they sensed the need for a change. He only got $6,000 in PAC money. If you want to know who got the big dollars from the PAC's, read a little farther down the list. Hers's a hint...the top three recipients are all Republican. The PAC money is the "buyer" of influence, not the individual donor.
On another note, I heard on Art Bell about a crack in the earth that had been discovered up in Washington state (I think.) The U S Army investigated it and could find no bottom....apparently it is a gateway to hell! It is now under constant guard by the military but they are keeping it a secret from all of us.

What say we wait and see how he does, before all you Republicans head for the hills.

I am proud of the fact that we finally had an above-the-board election where the clear winner of the popular vote also won the electorial college. Makes it a little more convincing when we preach to others about free and open elections.
