CLIFF NOTES:
1. The sky is falling, we're feeling it, but we're doing okay. In fact, we increased our expected earnings in November, courtesy of DHL's exit from the domestic market.
2. FedEx is forward thinking and has contengencies.
3. FedEx can expand and contract with the economy.
4. Used a new term - Duopoly (FDX and UPS).
5. Like a NASCAR driver, Mr. Smith threw in a little blurb about one of our largest contracts, the USPS.
