I received several DRF calls too (not the first time this year). So we are not really overmanned to cover the route system. Our alleged over manning must be compared to the most efficient/least expensive levels where remedies such as VLT, DRF, and VAC cancelations are used to cover a percentage of the flying. It is management’s job to seek efficiencies. It is ours to gauge true need (which would justify amending our CBA) versus greed (which attempts to achieve efficiencies on the back of our pilots).

If you're "baiting"
This isn't the place for it... The reason for turning down the draft, VOL and whatever terms they have is to improve future CBA's, and the quality of life for all pilots. This wouldn't be specific to FDX. We had those that always picked up trips making it very difficult to get a better CBA or add pilots to the ranks. If you are out of work, you should also be in agreement.

Blessings....
