Say you have 15 Rdays and drop 5. So your RLG is now 10x4=40. When you go over 40 do you start getting 150%? Are the rest of your Rdays dropped also?
Believe it or not we are there in the 72.
Really comes into play as I flew with a guy with VTO and vacation and like four Rdays. Since he didn't get leveled he may go over RLG.

If you have 40 hours of R days left after drops, once you hit 75 percent, or 30 hours, u go to the bottom of the list for assignment. If you still fly over 40 hours on the remaining R days (R days are not dropped), you start flying for straight time over your mini RLG.

Section 25M.1.g:
" If a reserve pilot has met or exceeded his RLG, his remaining R-day(s) in the bid period shall be removed without pay consequence."
Once you hit RLG you are done for the month.
If you go over on your last trip you should get draft pay for the number of hours you work above your RLG.

I always thought 4.H.7 meant that mini-RLG and RLG were different animals:
4.H.7:CH accrued on R-days shall be compensated as follows:
1. at 100% of his normal pay rate for CH earned up to the RLG for that fleet in that bid period.
2. at 150% of his normal pay rate for CH earned over the RLG for that fleet in that bid period.
And because of that you don't get draft until you exceded bidpack published RLG.
If I can reduce "my" RLG the practical application would be to drop your last couple of r days to reduce your rlg below your current credit hour limit thus earning draft.
