It has nothin to do with open time or how much someone picks up, capt's lost thier seats and FO's stay for another 5 yrs in thier seat and the unemployed will be collecting unemployment for another 4 yrs all because of simple reason. GREED OF A FEW or i should say THE GREED OF THE MOST EXPERIENCE

Yep. I'd bet NO ONE would be moving backwards, even with the 8 dissappearing, if it weren't for the greedy Favres.

Not only nobody would have gone backwards we actually had good progression even with the downward of the economy everyone would have kept thier seats. I'm so glad we didn't give an inch on fo pay to raise the retirement pension for them . Enjoy flying the back side of clock at 63 and 4 legs a night because everytime i see you coming thru nasc it puts a big smile on my face.

The funny thing is all the old guys that were hanging out waiting for the retirement age to change have lost so much in the market that they will be working for Big Brown for free just to try to get there retierment back to where it was in 2007/early 08. I would even guess that most will not even recoop the losses, but at least they got to work an extra 5 years.

Guys, I promise that I hate the age 65 rule, but we are not going to guilt them into leaving early. It's like getting a little bit pregnant. We're there now and there's not much we can do about it. Post something useful and lets move on. Unless you're telling me that there will be no age limit?!?

I've got a better idea, negotiate a pension improvement with the requirement that they actually have to retire! I'm no Farve but you youngin's make me laugh with your blatant ignorance on retirement issues that you too will face! Remember, it's your retirement too!
