Question FDX Jumpseat Finder

I have tried to use the FDX jumpseat finder website today and it seems that you need an ALPA username and password. Is this a new thing? I have never had to do this before. Is there another website that I can access to find this information?

Thanks,

PoK

I don't think the Jumpseat Finder web site is working right now.

I tried it and got this response:

The resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Per FedEx policy the correct number for off line pilot listing on FedEx is 866-357-5711. The numbers posted above are for employee use.

The jumpseat finder is working fine. We have had some problems with the dat files the company sends to ALPA daily. ALPA runs the site. It has to do with new destinations and ALPA IT is updating the dat files everyday until the bug gets fixed. Please check back if you happen to encounter a "down" time while those changes are being made.

On another note. You may now book a reservation between 24 and one hour prior to flight. A new change that gives off lines a better shot. You off liners can also now physically check in one hour prior, as opposed to the "two" it has been. Spread the word...
