IPA EB reaches consensus

Tonight the EB Five reached a 5-0 consensus on the contract counterproposal and has sent it back to the NMB. It's now up to the mediator to call everyone back to the table. Way to go, EB, now we're finally unified in front of the mediator and UPS.

Another question:

Are the "articles" that are on that other website real or are they not? Are those the actual TA'd articles so far that have been "leaked", or are they fake? Just wondering if that scheduling article is for real. I know that someone will say to wait for the final TA, and that is what I plan on doing. But I want to know if that stuff is the real deal so far.

it's even been verified by magner and nicholson. Keep in mind though, that was a snapshot of a point in time 9 months or so back, with a few areas still open, but it is pretty much what you are going to see. Do yourself a favor and get to know it now, 1800rvr. No sense in keeping your head in the sand

I will be ****ed off puppy if this Art.13 has been horse-traded for the "Sunset Clause". Scheduling was the priority for our NC and they appear to have blown it off. This TA will get Voted down if Art.13 sucks. Then we have new elections and a new NC. I see a Contract in late 2007. Which is fine with me, I want it done right. Plus we have the 74's and md's coming, more Captains as long as we keep our current contract.
