Any HAZMAT on board? I wonder if the rescue team was delayed at all while the load manifest was being forwarded to the airport authority?
I believe they have to confirm what's on board (or not) before they attempt to put out any fires or attempt any rescue/recovery.
At brown, I believe UPS dispatchers have been tasked with supplying this info if/when there is an "incident", "mishap" or accident.

I was a voluntary fire fighter for six years and trained along with the airport's fire fighters because part of my district stations duties was to give support to the airport's fire units (the same fire department) they throw their gear and go at it with with bravery that borders foolishness, I have the outmost respect for individuals that dedicate themselves to the fire fighting profession
