I am in no way a managment apologist. In fact, I generally take issue with almost everything fedex managment does.
But, I find this haphazard linking of crewmember dissatisfaction with "O" to his cultural heritage offensive. I try to not write anything that I would not say in person.

Point taken 4a2b and understood.
It just seem that too often on APC when someone has a problem with him as a mangager, too often his cultural heritage is referenced as validation of said incompetence.

I could be wrong though......Fighter Pilot - true.
My guess is he's not an English Lit or Communications major wherever he was educated though......(his secretary/proofreader needs to be fired too!)

I am no more impressed with this company "hapy talk" than any of you. But I have had a few experiences with O before he became the SCP, while he was working in the training department. I always felt he was fair and honest. While I am sure he is using some corporate talking points in his missives, I believe him to be a man of integrity. In other words, I don't expect he'll be negoiating against us anytime soon. IMHO, he is a giant step up from our previous SCP.
