Default FDX: LA Ramp to Terminal

What's the simplest way to get from our ramp to the terminal (no company transportation)? Taxi?

Thought the knowledge base here might have a quick. and best, answer.

Thanks.

hyperone (Post #4), Mods should have deleted my post -along with the Spam that I was addressing- so not to confuse anyone. It wasn't. There was also another post previous to mine questioning it and it was removed. I just didn't get painted with the same brush.

Yes, taxi. Checker Cab: 800 300-5007, United Taxi: (310) 821-1000, Yellow Cab: (310) 808-1000 all serve LAX. Expect about a 15-20 min response time. Transportation listed in the LAX bidpack is only for LAX-based crews.

11Fan, what's with the spam comment? Seems like a straight forward question from a MEM-based DC-10 guy.

The first reply was some guy in singapore selling watches or something like that. It has been deleted.

Thanks. Noticed that page stated it was for LA crews. I'm just jumpseating out and need to get over to rent a car. I'll use one of those taxi services.

Thanks for the info.
