Ask yourself; is a hypothetical confrontation more likely to be from flying with the chief pilot or standing in front of his desk for a disciplinary action? It could be a federal offense if he is a veteran or a has a Jesus sticker on his flight bag.

An AOC rumour was that a weapon was brought on the property which led to the later punch incident. The weapon made it federal. That's a rumour and not substantiated.

No, Congresswoman Debbie Schultz [ veteran Frugal Café Blog Zone ] said that veterans are not afforded federal protection under the hate crimes law - and I am fairly (100%) certain that your second category of people is not covered, either.
It must say something nice about you that you were looking out for the victim though.

Multiple weapons were involved plus the facefisting = "federal" investigation. Now if we can just get the other top 300 pilots to go nail O in the piehole then we've got something!!!
