Insufficient Reserves-ANC

FWIW.....cannot move/drop R-Days in ANC due to "Insufficient Reserves"

Glad we are overstaffed!

There have been several ANC HSTBY's in MEM 11 CA open time ... maybe there really are insufficient reserves?

... but like you say, it doesn't really fit management's "overmanning" model very well??

MEM757 is the same way. I can't trade a trip with a 10 hr difference in footprint.

I was unable to move two FDX R-days. Once again, given the ubiquitous "Insufficient Reserves." If we are allegedly so overmanned, why is this an issue?
This continues to happen every month. Yet, two years ago when the economy was much better and open time was plentiful, I could move/drop R-days at will.
