Man, I hope you guys will be that pleasant to the Capt. when you want to J/S on that aircraft. I think it would be in better taste if you guys directed your flames at someone who wasn't a fellow FedEx pilot...or is it your goal to help management divide and conquer?

I'm just saying, what' the point of bashing the guys who are going to fly this airplane? We're all in this together, for better or worse. I just don't see what is to be gained by flaming one segment of our crewforce. You guys who are bashing the over 60 group really need to just get over it. No matter how much you flame, bit#h or whine, it just isn't going to change. I almost think the more you flame these guys, the longer they will want to hang around, just to spite you.
There really are bigger fish to fry.

Yes, we do need to unite and I think we a have a good group to lead us up the mountain we have ahead.
