So.......
Anxious to see the Oct Bidpacks.
4.A.2.b.?? overmanned?? "to prevent or delay a furlough"??
not really sure how the company can continue to perpetrate that lie in light of this written confession that we now need bodies??
or......can they?

Notice the decrease in md10s-this may
be more of a realignment. Check out the
average blg and average secondary line
blg-hasn't increased and I don't expect
some huge leap from sep to oct.

you're the company.....build your case for the arbitrator...
(in light of this most recent posting of 100 wide body captain vacancies AND the now planned posting for the Summer of 2010 for "attrition" and additional aircraft deliveries)
that there is still a need to furlough......
that's ALL 4.A.2.b. is about (theoretically) - PREVENTING FURLOUGH...period.
I think that our union should be at PC's office this afternoon DEMANDING the buyups to 68/85 resume with the Oct bid period.
