It would be almost impossible to do. The flight you want goes close to 4 and it would take you at least 45 minutes to and hour to block in and get to UPS ops. There are flights that go out early morning though.

I looked and I think it is a 2102 departure for BFI. I think that with DST gone that makes it 1602. 1545 won't work. Are you listed for the jumpseat yet? I didn't see you as a rider, but there are three UPSers already so you might want to call and list before someone else does

yes, it isn't just the ride over, it's security, the ride into Fort Fumble, checking in, and then getting to the airplane. 45 from block in would be pretty tight of everything didn't go well.

ERFO,
I copied from our website. The address for an airport taxi is across the street from the UPS Global Operations Center (325 Lotus Ave). It is across the street from the airport. Would plan on a 15 minute taxi ride to the security gate and then plan on another 20 minutes to get to the Jumpseat desk after the UPS van ride. Your escort as described will show you around. Your ride to the airplane (likely with the crew in a crew van) would be about 45 minutes before the listed departure time. If I was catching the UPS Jumpseat, during the daytime, Would ideally allow about 1+30 to 1+45 hours from terminal arrival to UPS launch time.
Thanks for the Jumpseats you have provided us, hope it works for you.

Only CASS airlines, and on domestic routes only. For schedules, click on the site above and use the Jumpseat Finder program. As an offline jumpseater, you may book a jumpseat as many as 10 days in advance. Pick up a jumpseat form from Flight Operations and introduce yourself to the crew. You may have to catch a van to the aircraft, so allow extra time. Ask the crew where you should stow your bags—each airplane is different. Please cancel your seat if your plans change. Casual attire or uniform is required, along with airline ID, airman certificate & medical. All times and dates are Zulu time. Flights can depart early, so don't wait till the last minute to go to the aircraft. No escorts available on Saturday mornings in SDF, so no offline pilots allowed through the guardshack. No alcohol allowed on UPS property.
If you are in SDF airport and need to catch a UPS jumpseat, you need to catch a ride (ask a UPS pilot if you see one, or catch a $12 cab) to Lotus Avenue Guard Shack in Edgewood. The guard will check your name against a jumpseat listing and verify your ID. You will have to be escorted to the Air Service Center by an official UPS person or a pilot, and that person will make sure you get to where you need to go.
ANC:
Call 907-243-1532. It is the number for the parking company at the ANC airport. When you get the voice prompts, just dial 1 and you get a human being. Tell them what terminal and they come in a mini-van and pick you up. They transfer to all the cargo ramps (FedEx, NW, and us).
ONT:
Go to the taxi stand and request a Yellow Cab to take you to UPS. Yellow Cab is the UPS contract for CML DH crew transfers. They should know where to take someone who says they need to go to UPS.
MIA:
Call Miami Transportation at 305-858-5466. The sooner you know the better. Make a reservation and give them your information. You can also call the gateway and have them set it up at 305-869-8113. For a little less hassle, you can catch the blue colored cabs from the terminal to the gateway. They are used for the immediate airport area only and they charge a set price...$14 I believe. Tell them you want to go to UPS.
