FDX - Disruption pay question
Clarify CBA for me if you have had this experience...
Had a layover to OKC today. It was changed to an AM out and back. By the descriptions in the CBA, I had both a Duty Period and a Layover Change Disruption; both were caused by the fact that our layover hotel was taken from us. Should I get paid 3 hrs or 1.5 hrs for this change?
Thanks

You get 1.5 for a duty period disruption. The layover change is not a payable disruption in this case.
Layover Changes
A disruption for a trip occurs if more than half of the layover cities are changed. A layover change is rescheduling a layover to occur in a different city, as determined by the airport identifier, except that the following are not considered changes of a layover city:
1. A change between hotels in the same location; or
2. A change between cities that are determined by the SIG to be co-terminal (e.g., MIA, FLL); or
3. Cancellation of a layover (e.g. trip with one layover becomes an out and back with no layover (this is a duty period disruption under Section 25.S.2.b.i.), or a multiple layover trip has fewer layovers due to returning to base early).
