Default FDX - Pay Stub

So, it's 2010, and the only way to access our actual pay stub is through the green screen!?!? Seriously?!

Crap like this just drives me nuts! I thought we were leading the way with technology! LOL

I've found the easiest way to access my actual paystub is to hold it in my hand. You'll find it attached to the bottom of your check. It takes a little getting used to...But this might help, you can easily zoom in and out just by bending your elbow.

What'll they think of next...

You're right. My wife's company uses ADP, like FedEx does, to process the pay stub. It looks identical to ours. Her statement is available online as a pdf the day before it posts at ADP's iPay website. No paper or mailing costs. Her company is not a "technology" company either.

Amazingly in the business, I sometimes find that I'm not actually home when the stub arrives in my mailbox. Sometimes not for a very long time and yes it would be nice if the actual stub were viewable on-line in those cases. I have had paycheck errors, not in my favor here before. Is it the end of the world? No, but I guess that probably part of the op's complaint, it isn't that hard to do and most other companies have done so ages ago.

I, like many others here, like to get paid for the work I do. I've found it necessary to contact the company a few times to resolve pay issues. Once they missed a paycheck entirely! Had I not had the foresight to check the green screen ahead of time, it would have been a lot harder to bring it to their attention. So yes, it would be nice to access the pay information online without having to find green screen access. (It's just a shame they don't support Macs)

If you really don't need your paycheck perhaps you could contribute to a worthy cause, like my favorite charity, me!

Hey guys...Relax!! It was joke. I'm with you. It was one of my top priorities in the contract survey.

No not living paycheck to paycheck. Highflyer, I've been in almost your situation as well before with basically 95% of a check missing.

On the subject, no W-2 this year. Called the ACP staff, very helpfull, the next day they E Mailed me the specific ADP phone number for missing W-2s (800 422-9410). Ten minutes later a real person told me I should have my W-2 in 7-10 business days. I hate doing my taxes early anyways.

You get an actual check? The thing they thought of next was Direct Deposit!
