Atlas Interview Questions
Hello All,
Ex USAF heavy hauler and DC-10 pilot right now still doing a lot of international flying. Got a call while on my last trip to call in for an interview just wondering if anyone has been through the process recently and if so maybe a rundown on the process.
Have to call in tomorrow to get date and time for the next interview so a quick response would be appreciated.

Not sure from your posting where you are in the process. But you will have to do an online tech assessment. Interview in Miami is pretty straightforward. No sim eval, essentially just a 4 on 1 interview panel. Mine had the head of HR, head of the -400 program and two line CAs. Mostly tell us about you. Asked some question from a Jepp charts , sorta obscure stuff but fair, some High alt wx stuff and brief an approach. 12 interviewed my day... 6 were offered class dates.

Back a couple years it was about an hour of welcome and paperwork. Then they'd take one person to the sim while another vic was in with the interview group and everyone else paced. I think all eight of us were done by 3pm. I imagine now there's just more pacing going on.
