Away from my computer and copy of contract, so here is the question via cellphone: if I am inside my sub window, and CRS calls, and I decline whatever trip, does the time of the original trip drop into regular makeup or OTP? Thanks.

If you are prior to your original show time should drop into OTP. IF it's show time or later, should drop into M/U.
Unless it's a night hub turn trip offered to replace a day flight, which you can decline without the trip guarantee dropping into OTP or M\U

If your trip is less than 72 clock hours in length then you have only 1 sub window which ends 4 hrs after showtime of the original dropped trip. If this window passes you get paid original trip guarantee. If you are called within this window for a trip and you decline then the hours drop to OTP at 110%. If the original trip is over 72 clock hours then you must satisfy them individually according to the schedule laid out in the contract.

I think OTP is 125% under the ALPA contract. 110% under old FPA contract, otherwise the above is correct.
