Default No sales tax in NH

I live in NH. If this doesn't get out of hand, I would be willing to help fellow pilots save some bucks on Apple stuff bought at Best Buy.
Here's the deal: you send me a note with the exact model and SKU numbers for what you want to buy along with a certified check made out to Best Buy for the exact amount. I will buy it at the local Best Buy and ship it unopened to you using your FedEx employee shipping account number. I keep any Best Buy Reward Zone points generated by the purchase. If you want the original box protected by an outer box, I can do that too. You just pay for the extra box and packing material.
If you're interested, drop me a PM and I'll get back to you with my contact info. Don't worry. I'm a FedEx widebody captain and I'm not gonna run off with your check. I'm just looking to pick up a few extra Reward Zone points by helping out a fellow pilot. Nothing more devious than that.
By the way, the original Best Buy receipt will be included with your package. It will be good at any Best Buy in the country for any returns or adjustments necessary. You will register the computer in your own name when you get it.
Here's another tip. You can buy genuine AppleCare enrollment codes for your product on eBay for about half price. You make the purchase and the seller emails you the code. Then you just go to apple.com and register that code with your product's serial number. I have personally done this several times for my own stuff and it went through with no hitches every time.

Are you the guy that sells the knock off golf clubs on ebay as real clubs too?

I know you are a Marine and all :-) ... but...

Did you even read the entire post? The item will be bought at Best Buy with the buyer's own certified check made out directly to the store and shipped directly to the buyer, unopened. I don't sell the AppleCare codes. Certified Apple resellers buy the codes in blocks and they are allowed to sell them for whatever they want. I was just pointing out that bargain hunters like myself can save money by buying a code on eBay rather than at a store. The only difference is you don't get the pretty box and the cute little decals.

You obviously don't know me, and you certainly don't have any reason to impugn my honesty. There's no scam here. I clearly stated my motivation: to pick up a few Reward Zone points while helping a fellow pilot.

This was just an idea inspired by the first few posts on this topic. If I get too many responses and it begins to take up too much of my time, I will have to stop. Meanwhile, let's just see where it goes, shall we?

Have a nice life. Semper fi!

Hahaha, that's hilarious.

If you guys know any military reserve guys working there, have them pick one up for you on a drill weekend at their base exchange. You can at least save the sales tax.

New iPads are now discounted about 4% at the FDX epp apple site. Refurbs are discounted $50 for wifi only models. Just an FYI.

Welcome to the Apple Store - Apple Store (U.S.)

Apple will shrug and tell you it isn't covered and then the little dweeb behind the counter will click his tongue and look at you like you are a buffoon for dropping it in the first place.
If you have USAA insurance, you might want to talk to them about computer insurance. Low cost and great coverage, but I'm not sure if they cover Ipad's.

I got her a 3g iPad and I added a VPP insurance policy with USAA.

Don't need no stinking Apple Care.

WOW right back. Didn't have to go to Germantown to get the "no discount" info. They actually will tell you no by phone. Since I don't live in TN, but in DeSoto county, Southhaven is a lot closer. And 2.25% savings on an $800 Ipad beats a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. It will buy me a few beers in VCP
