I can tell you that it is certainly a Good Place to Make kids, especially in the Winter! :)


Seriously, my friends who live there absolutley love it. I like it up there too but my better half prefers the lower 48.

Me and my two sisters grew up here in the AK. I think it is a great place for kids and they turned out pretty well. I turned out to be a coffee swillin', skirt chasin' cargo pilot though. Two outta three ain't bad. :D

More entertainment gouge: Let's not forget about the Moose's Tooth's sister establishment the Bear Tooth. Located in sunny Spenard, they offer great lunch in the cafe, a great restaraunt with more than just pizza, and a movie theatre where you can eat dinner, drink beer and catch a flick. Plus they host some good live music occasionally.
