What a joke. I can log on from my iPhone but I can't in Firefox, Safari, or IE. Our IT department needs to be fired.

Maybe the SCP should have a "professionalism" and "War on Error" discussion with IT. I bet they would do a better job if they had to wear ties. According to CRS it is working fine for them.

VIPS is another example of outdated technologies that FedEx refuses to upgrade or replace.

I don't feel like a very important person.

Just because we are necessary...for the moment...doesn't mean we're important.

Many servers are browser specific, usually a note somewhere indicating "works best with...". Anybody know Bob Kopko over at FEDEX?

I think it must have been some system wide issue. I had it on IE, tried firefox, that worked fine, so, based on the info that the system worked with a fresh browser, I just cleared my cookies and browser history in IE and it worked fine again.

And then to top it all off I get the arbitrary:

"You have exceeded your daily quota (350) for the "Trip Recap" transaction"

and I was only looking at the new trips that were being dropped in since midnight. But don't worry, it's FedEx so:

"You will automatically be reset at 12:00am Local Memphis Time"

Default if it's not Scottish...

They are making it difficult to do our jobs. The guy that came up with egrid probably sits in a cubicle and only logs in once a day from a PC. He is not on the road, with an iPhone, trying to check open time/trip trade/calendar/etc.
