Default A new option

Two birds, one stone. Mandatory 65, 3%/yr early unless 25 YOS, kill VEBA. Let's take the guesswork out of it. Obviously that won't happen as we want our cake, we want to eat it too, we would also like to lick the bowl clean and keep the bowl when we are done. I kid...we would be hiring real soon though under that plan.

When I turn 60 I'll have 19 years here. I am not in the minority.
Many of the guys in my bracket are on their second or third airline.

Would you rather they stay til 65?
No, but how many guys RIGHT NOW have you heard talking like that? I keep hearing the 'older' guys bragging about their vacation homes and sailboats...I take issue with paying for their healthcare when I see a lot of guys sliding to the S/O seat and picking up the tab...just sayin'...

Question: If I retire at 60, does Fedex pay my health insurance?

But retirees must pay for the premiums at a higher rate.
