No R day moves or drops for 7+ months. Even had a mutual R day swap denied three times for insufficient reserves, explain that one.

I've had the same in the -11. Nothing on RB, thought I'd get moves approved on RA in October but no luck. On the other hand, the day I was trying to drop had 26 guys on reserve and 1 trip showing in open time a week prior. By the time it got to the period, after all sick call trips were filled, long trips filled, a few guys on sick, I was #25 of 26 but #1 of 2 avail. So maybe they do actually need the reserves as listed and really just need more guys on reserve.

I was able to drop all 19 R-days this Sep a day or so after OT opened ...... very surprised to say the least(-11 F/O ANC).

Maybe I hit a glitch and the "insufficient reserves" algorithm broke that day.

Some bid packs are published with "insufficient reserves".

Have hardly read anything on these boards about this issue. Would be interesting to know how many here did the Survey and made comments about scheduling and reserve (?)

The unofficial word on the 777 is that there are no trip trades allowed unless both trips are of the same footprint, period.

I definitely hit on reserves in my survey comments. Unfortunately very little in the Union's openers concentrate on Reserve changes.
