Default FDX Deviation Question

I'm in the contract Sec. 8.c.4.d. Limitations on deviations expenses.

Trying to interpret the allowable delay en route. 24 vs 48 hours.
I am looking at an end of trip ANC-MEM DH.
How long can I delay enroute. Is it "dometic" (24 hours), or "international" 48?

Can't tell you with the absolute nature that Contract Enforcement can, but ANC is considered an international location. But sometimes logic simply doesn't work.
