Crew Rest Linens?
Just curious about what other airlines provide for the crew rest area.
Here at Brown, on the MD-11 we usually have a supply of plastic lined paper pillow cases and sheets, no blankets. We put the pillow cases over a few of the rattiest old fiber-filled pillows you have ever seen. I don't think the cushions in the crew rest bunk have been wiped down since the last D check.
If your aircraft has an official crew rest facility, chime in with your level of luxurious appointments.

Purple -11s have a full complement of standard tea-bag airline pillows and dish towel-sized blankets that you can make a decent nest out of. If your timing is good you get the freshly plastic-wrapped (=freshly laundered?) ones but most of the time you get the previously used with old man smell variety.
A lot of international FDX guys carry a compact sleeping bag or similar to keep the cooties out - one guy I know carries an old army poncho liner and supplements it with the smallpox blankets as required.
Unlike UPS, FDX's MD-11 s don't all have CRAs, but the floor works just as well with the proper amount of seat cushions.

At Purple we get small airline type pillows (usually several) without covers, most people use blankets to make them (seem) softer. Several small, thin, blankets. Need to use several to cover yourself properly. No sheets, Maybe just as well)

You Fedex guys must not have been through ANC lately. They started supplying full size pillows and cases along with some really nice blankets that would fit a normal bed.
Must be due to the 777 coming through here so much now - it's too much airplane for those little pillows and blankets .
One technique I've used if you do have the little pillows is carry a normal pillow case and stuff about 6 of the pillows in. Makes a decent pillow and you know it's your drool on the pillow case too.

At CX we have plastic wrapped sheets of two varieties, some are smaller blue ones (slightly bigger than the bunk mattress) then normal size white ones. Blankets, sometimes wrapped in plastic, and usually 8-10 normal sized pillows with regular linen cases and a bunch of thin pillow covers. I usually wrap my pillow pile in a blue sheet so I don't use those.

At WO, it's hit or miss. If the customer has passenger ops, then we tend to get 1st or business class stuff. AMC, we get the standard thin domestic pillows/blankets. For all cargo customers, we get what ever is left over and maybe the ops rep will wash it between flights.

We at Atlas operate for Emirates, Qantas, AMC, etc...the mattress pad has likely not been cleaned since the last mx check.
The linens provided be customer airlines are very good. Especially ones from Emirates and Qantas.
EK provides good blankets with cloth pillow covers. The blankets are the same ones they use in their business class.
Qantas provides heavy weight wool (Aussie wool, of course) blankets that are full size. They also provide cloth pillow covers, and full size pillows.
The rest supplies on other flights are provided by Atlas (or certain other catering vendors) and are ok in quality...but ALWAYS clean.
One of our Union committees has over the years made it a big issue about not having clean linens and has not been a problem in the last 5 or so years.
The biggest problem is the mattress itself (as well as the seat covers in the cabin seats)...I never sleep on the mattress without a sheet of some sort.
I have not resorted to buying the silk sleeping bag like some guys, but I have been known to take a good blanket off the airplane and reusing it on the next flight (if I don't trust that there will be a clean one available on the outbound flight).
