[QUOTE=A300jetflyer;919376]Have you ever done any research on OUR company history? If not I suggest you do so.
I can assure you that OUR colors have always been PURPLE, ORANGE, and WHITE.
During my 35 year tenure I have seen many different paint schemes, but they have all been P,O,&W[/
I think he was quoting Joe Kernen but I haven't been here 35 years so I'm probably wrong.

Your 35 year tenure is displaying a commensurate acuity level with your quote my friend. He was talking about the comment from the interviewer (Kernan) and his lack of knowledge regarding FedEx. Did you really think one of our own pilots wouldn't know our colors? Come on man!

My apologies. I missed the quotes. I was still on my first cup of coffee. Hit deserved.
Stay safe and Merry Christmas

Even though the interview was lame because of complete lack of preparation from the journalist, it was still great to hear FS talking about his company. Not once did he say "I did this" or "I did that"... always uses "We". Then taking his hat off to the men and women working the front line, delivering the product. Just great. Class act. After watching his interviews I always understand why he has earned the respect he has from his employees.

Starting the first overnight package delivery company - $5,000,000
Turning it into one of the worlds most respect companies - Billions and Billions
Having to sit in an interview 2 star struck dolts - Priceless!!!!

Joe is always like that, I feel like I have a barbed wire wedgie every time I watch him...makes you wonder who's nephew he is to have gotten that job. Carl Quintanilla is pretty good, and Becky Quick is decent eye candy....for a financial whiz.
Overall, most of CNBC's shows are painful to watch, guess that's why Carl is starting to show up in other places (Today Show). Plan B in effect!
