A customer came in today lamenting about how a much wanted Christmas present for her 3 year old grandchild is in Purple Limbo. She spent many hours last night with someone who said nobody knows where this thing is now.
I told her I would post something here in hopes of nudging Santa a bit.
Speaking of Santa, my husband is hereby fired from his job driving the sleigh. He can't seem to find addresses and these homes are only 2 blocks away!!

The same customer came in today and said that Santa Purple came through with flying colors. Once the package was located, no fewer than 3 different people tried to call her home to let her know. She said that between early Dec 22 to Dec 24, she was put on hold for probably a total of 7 hours, but it was worth it to see her grandson's expression on Christmas Day.
She asked me to thank everyone. So, thank you everyone.
