Default Application Update News

Has anyone that has updated their profile since 2008 received an activation email yet? I am still anxiously awaiting mine and was curious if anyone has had any luck.

I was able to sneak an update in on the evening of October 10, 2010, when the application site was open for for a brief hour, so I have definitely updated since 2008, and I still have not received the aforementioned email. I just checked pilot.fedex.com, and although the page has changed from the one that held the "Under Mx" disclaimer, it still does not show the login boxes through the update profile link. If you tried to go through login link, you probably received the error previous poster cited, as I believe that link is for active fedex pilots to login to their part of pilot.fedex.com. I believe we will have to go through the update profile link, once 1/15/2011 arrives, and possibly after you have received the email that opened this thread.

Don't be surprised if you have to re-enter all of the application data.

FedEx has contracted with an outside vendor for the app/profile website. I could be wrong, but I would guess that the format is different from the old system since it will have a means of scoring the applications to rank them for interviews.

I sent an email through the link on the website to confirm both that they had my current email address and that I'd updated since 2008 and would get an activation email. I got an affirmative response to both questions within 10 minutes.

Not yet. Guess it'll be later in the month now.
