Default For Those Trying to Update your FedEx App

Hello XXX -

Profiles that have been updated since November 2008 must be activated in order to be accessed. Profile activation can only be performed from an activation email titled “Pilot Credentials Profile Activation”.

Those who have updated their profile since November 2008 should receive an activation email on or before January 16.

All Profiles that have not been updated since November 2008 have been de-provisioned and are not eligible for activation.

If you have not updated your profile since before November 2008, please visit FedEx.PilotCredentials.com and press "Sign up!" on the Home Page to create a new profile.

If you have updated your profile since November 2008 but no longer have access to the email address in your profile and/or do not receive an activation email on or before January 16th, please contact us at [email protected]. Be sure to include your full name, permanent address, previous email address if applicable, contact phone number, and current email address to expedite processing of your request.

Thank you,

Or $75...Oh well, worth it in the long run.

Anyone try updating their app? I'm inactive but looks like the new "Sign Up!" tab isn't activated yet. But looks like it might be soon!

Cheaper than $5000 +/- for a 737 type. I would hope though, that if you are updating and had already paid for the application process, they wouldn't charge you again for their own cost of running a company!

The system won't let you sign up until 01-15 at 0501Z. Doing so before then will yield "We are not currently accepting new accounts. Please try again later."

It looks more like an email than from that page. Just wondering if the emails were sent out to those whose profiles were active.

I tried to update my app, as the "down for MX" message was no longer there.
Tried several times, but my login did not work. It said if you could not login to contact them for help.
This was the response I received.
