No offense, but why would our MEC care how the UPS vote goes?
We got a message the other day spelling out the timeline for getting our TA details. A few days for our legal guys to look it over and make all the reference changes, then it's presented to our MEC and they ponder, then our MEC takes it on road shows, then finally if our MEC recommends it for a membership vote, we'll get to vote on the TA. Date for that is sometime around Sept 16-18. So it seems to me there's a lot of FedEx hoops to jump through before then. I'm not sure waiting for UPS to vote is a player.

I think it will barely pass. It could even fail, depending on how the Fedex Contract is perceived. I think The Fedex MEC is deliberately witholding specifics until after the UPS T/A is voted on.
