That can't be true. 727 and A380...Same pay scale.

Default pay scale

Maddog...

Why do you find that so hard to believe? We have 747 pay the same as 727..it's been that way for at least the last two contracts. The only difference is that the 380 will be the biggest piece of french engineering on the property. I don't care to bid it, but there are those out there who will...different strokes...

Diesel...I'd like to ring your frickin' neck. Have you even looked at the T/A's that are already online? Or the final table comparisons? If you had, you wouldn't have said that. I am mad at your because there are many of us that have and we have to hold your hand, and the hands of all those like you. Get involved a little more than just reading these message boards.

Fraternally,

Your guess, like most of your opinions, is wrong.

Clutch...

Talked to a few of my federal buds yesterday...they hadn't heard anything about a 380 pay scale...do you have any insider info?

prez,

I'm making a point, and it's this: A significant % of our group will be underpaid vis-a-vis UPS pilots. That group? All of our narrowbody pilots. I could live with this if we had A-380 differential pay, but it's looking like we don't. SAD.

You are onlt getting what, 10 A380's? You would be OK with sacraficing the narrowbody pilots as long as those flying those 10 planes were taken care of? Doesn't sound too equitable to me. Oh well, over here, to get more money, instead of having the company just ante up more, they took it from the older, senior guys. Life goes on....

My block rep told me specifically on 09/01 that A-380 pay was broken out and higher than normal W/B pay. I do not have a number associated with it.
