FedEx TA review
Just did a quick review. Curious to know as perhaps I just have a bad attitude, so here goes. The only real enhancement I see here is the FDA LOA, a small pay raise and a small perdium raise.
Is it possible this is all being orchestrated soley to get the FDA LOA through? If this were true then round 2 (12 or 24 months) could take years.
Not looking to get spit on here. Just want input from the masses.

That's the way I read it too bud. However, I did talk to a bud of mine who is an outgoing MEC rep and he implied that this was only a contract extension and not a new CBA. Even so, I agree that we do not need to give away any bargaining leverage by giving the company what it wants and getting only peanuts at best. By the way, "ptooey".

Underwhelmed.....very very underwhelmed.............We have expressed very clearly to those on the MEC that we do NOT want to give away ANY leverage.......this seems to be a big slight of hand for EXACTLY that........
