Default FDX Insufficient Reserves

Anyone else been getting denied for "insufficient reserves" ? This has been going on since around Thanksgiving last year in my seat on the A300.

Yep, they have been short in most seats for a long time. Even before 4A2B.

That has been the standard in the Maddog for well over a year. No drops, trades or moves.

Here's my favorite of the week...

# of TOTAL Reserve Lines in my seat in Apr Bidpack= 11
# of RA Reserve Lines in Apr Bidpack = 4
# of Pilots on RA on a particular day this week = 10

Chance of moving a day from that particular day they have 10 pilots on RA = 0

Well.. I guess I'll keep beating my head against that wall.. What was that definition of insanity??

I tried moving/dropping since open time release.. Denied!

That whole unreasanably denied crap. How can there be insufficient reserves before the month even starts!

BS..

Called the Union-- Nobody cares, that is a fight they don't care about.

Personally I think it is time to grieve it but... We know that won't happen!

All you have to do is call David at the union. He has a jar of fire flies in his office, and he will hold the Company's feet over the top of it until they give up and let you have your way.

Frank, there is a way to force a Grievance without the Union consent ............. but is there enough interest to do it, and enough time to fight the 800 pound gorilla about his Banana .............. ???
