But, I don't see them ginning up a big pool like they did from Jan-May 2006 and then draining that pool from May 2006 to Mar 2007....rather, I see them interviewing and hiring a steady stream of about 20 per month, except during peak.
Latest word was 100-120 pilots over the remainder of this year...roughly July-Oct...pause at peak...then 20 per month starting in Jan '12.
The hiring wave is definitely coming
--- but it will still be very controlled.I think the key is to be very flexible when they do call.

That said, a 727 s/o knows this information how (flex instructor/management weenie maybe)? Just your personal hunch? If that's the case, is this info any better than no info at all?
