U.S. certificated carriers
OK, am I missing something (entirely possible!) here? Scope appears to only protect us in case of acquisition of or by another 'U.S. certificated airline or U.S. certificated air cargo operation'. What happens if FedEx purchases a foreign carrier?

Short answer here on foreign carriers and our scope. Go to a roadshow and ask the question, or call your MEC rep, or call one of the officers, or call your SPC Chair or Vice-Chair and they can explain it for you.
