Default What is a FDX day?

Silly question,
but it is important as I bid reserve first time in many years and am trying to conflict with three days training. It is important to conflict ALL 3 training days or the magic of dropping an entire string of R-days doesn't happen.
After looking at multiple links in and out of the FDX website and our CBA, I cannot find that start of a day definition. Is it still 0130 LBT?

Thanks

My experience is that it goes by calendar days and you want to have at least two R-days on either side of the training block. One touching will drop automatically, leaving at least one to put you in the middle of a block. I have only done this with RA, not RB, but I don't think it matters between the two.

Section 2: A 24:00 hour period of time, stated in local base time, specific to each base. A day is also referred to as a local base day.

Section 25.A.2: The Company shall not change the start time of any local base day to any start time other than 0130 LBT without the consent of the Association.
