Default FDX no MEC decision

Is anything to be read in no decision yet? Can't remember how long it has taken before.

Ok, I'll bite. Went to the meeting today and understand the vote is 6 to 6. Hung jury my friends. In my mind, it confirms the masses know not what happens behind the scenes. I did not believe JG had enough traction to make a solid run. WRONG!!!! Interesting times and only proves, not only is the crewforcw fractured, but so is the leadership.

...and we're going to have to fix the leadership before we can fix the crewforce.

Once again, is there a third option??

I'd love to be a "fly on the wall" in there. I've seen it go 2 days in past. Maybe by late tonight, Central time, we'll have an answer. I bet the "deal makings" have been going on all day.

I find it hard to believe that anyone takes the "challengers" seriously.

Will Biden be casting the tie breaker?

Why is that? Maybe some on the MEC (and among the membership) wanted a change in leadership and asked them to submit their names. Hence the 6 - 6 vote.

What is clear is that a number of the reps are out of touch with the pilot group. I have yet to meet ONE pilot that is in support of JG. I'm sure some are out there, but judging from these boards, they are in the tiny minority. MEC WAKE UP!!

As if this pilot group could be considered engaged enough to make an informed choice.

My guess is that we commoners don't know all the facts about what has really been going on behind the closed doors of our "transparent" union.
