Dear Capt Mark

You are always so Eloquent and respectful, that I am impressed with your IQ.
I probably can not spell like an spelling Bee , but you have no argument to dispute my statementS, EVEN using fastwriting software.

I am an Alpa member, but not idiot enough to the point of blindness, not to notice the Imposition of the Agency Shop Close end clause.

This was not necessary, if the non member were going to be Exempted
in a separate letter of agreement. This is BS.
Again, why do we need Agency Shop ?

I have always paid my dues, and probably most of you as well, but Alpa wants
control, Alpa wants to establish a Monopoly and this is what I can't agree with, especially after giving a free pass to freeloaders.

The question is, what is the cost of Agency Shop ? Why do we need it for ?

I don't drink 10 hours before a flight, neither I apply vaseline to the truth, which is hard at Times, but needs to be said.

Why do we need Agency Shop for? What was the cost to obtained this Dues protection, on behalh of Alpa?

Open your eyes, this is political BS, IMPOSED BY OUR nEGOTIATING COMMITTEE following our MEC request.

How about the Wilson Center questionaire results? Agency Shop was not there>

I am a member and I disagree with allowing this 150 lice to get away with it, and then having the guts to impose us Agency Shop.

What is the cost of Agency Shop to us? Surely, not free.....Wake up.....

Just to answer his question. We need it for all future hires. The NC and MEC figured it wasn't worth the battle (possibly in court) to make the 150 or so to join. But there are a few non members in the more recent blocks. This prevents new hires from not joining or not paying to be more accurate. They live by the contract, they should help pay for it. Many of the 150 will be retiring soon. ( Did I miss any spelling errors )

Remember any time a debater calls you name or critiques your english it is because they can NOT argue logically. Argumentum AD- Hominum taking it to the man not the message.

So, you asked why an agency shop. I think becuse without one we would have seen many quit the union. Why? Because they would have gotten thiers. Just look at the non member list. Note Frank F and the others who left owning $$ and in shame.

I dont think it cost any thing.

Your other points are valid but I have no opionion on.

Default Can I comment?? Please???

Sorry guys for busting in on a thread not directed my way. In browsing the site I stumbled across this post by Dr. Goofball who slyly incorporated his IQ into his moniker name very clever! In actuality Machman, Vaseline applied to during hard times in a true or false fashion is sometimes akin to passed the written exam - make sense? Agency rules, as they pertain to mom-members can be summed up in two words - Tequilaism Grid disruption liftfacers. When you explore the totality of the propaganda it finally makes sense. I am happy to help clear up the confusion. Again, sorry CaptainMark, Huck, ClutchCargo and others for busting in. I just spent a week on vacation and felt the need to fire a few shells in the direction of stupidy. Looks like I hit my mark! OK, OK, I'm leaving - no need to push and shove...
